Our 200hr course offers a contemporary approach to yoga philosophy, practice, applied anatomy and physiology and teaching methodology, whilst leaning on ancient traditions and teachings to inspire your personal practice or kickstart your career as a yoga teacher from the leader in our local industry.

Over the duration of the course, trainees will undertake comprehensive training in the history, philosophy and practice of yoga both as a student and aspiring teacher. But more than this, your life will truly be changed forever. You will graduate with the confidence and skills to teach dynamic, inspiring and flowing vinyasa yoga asana classes. There are no pre-requisites to sign up for the course, however, attending a minimum of 5 vinyasa classes prior will give you a better understanding of the sequencing to apply to the theoretical and practical information you will learn.

Successful completion of the course is a pathway to gaining an ongoing teaching role with us in studio and we provide ongoing mentoring and will ensure that you graduate from the course feeling confident to teach in gyms, studios or even online!
Our course is internationally recognised with Yoga Alliance, meaning that you can teach locally, within Australia or around the world!

To receive your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate at Kynd Studio, you will be required to:
Complete the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course curriculum - 100% attendance required.
The curriculum includes all practical and theoretical components, including 10 hours of pre-course self-study via online modules.
You must attend the 7 day immersion days of face-to-face training.
You must attend the weekly workshops alternating Saturdays and Sundays face-to-face
You must attend the weekly coaching calls (online via zoom)
You will then have a further 6 months to complete your online course content (inlcuding anatomy training and further modules), 10 hours of class observations, 10 hours of in-class assists, 40 hours of required class attendance, business plan (optional), personal development plan, 5-7 x 1 hour class deliveries in training and in studio as a Community Class. You can submit your assessment up to 6 months after you complete your in-studio hours.

✺ Refund and Cancellation Policy ✺
Cancellation after course commencement: all teacher training money is non-refundable after the commencement of the course. Under special circumstances and with written confirmation, we may reschedule to the following delivery of the same course.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the course commencement: the deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another course. You may be refunded the balance paid (if any).
Cancellation made within 30 days or less of the commencement date of the course: all money paid cannot be refunded, but may be transferred to another course. Course must be completed within 12 months.
Deposit Refund Policy: all deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited to be used towards another course within 12 months.
In the event of the course being unable to be delivered face-to-face, the course will be delivered online.
